Louise and Rob held a Roman Cathilc blessing is San Gimignano, and then returned to this villa for the wedding reception

The couple wished to have a particularly relaxing and light hearted reception for their guests, most of who stayed at the villa or within a walking distance,and who enjoyed a week long stay in the beautiful southern Tuscan area of San Gimignano and Volterra.

The meal was set up on the lawn, with the sunset over the olive groves during speeches, and a special, surprise set up for the wedding cake: a three tiered cholcoltare creation, under a tuille lined and candle lit tent in front of the villa facade.

Following that, at least half of the guests ended up in the swimming pool... most of them fully dressed.
