Denise and Nizar
July 2008

(click for larger versions)

Denise and Nizar were married in this wonderful smaller villa to the South of Florence, in early July 2008.

July can be warm, and is often the hottest month of the year - hotter and more reliable than August for good weather. At this villa, the land is elevated, and there is often a breeze around the pool area. The gardens and courtyard are sheltered by mature trees, so the setting is comfortable even on the hottest days.

Denise and Nizar held a civil wedding in a small town just a few miles from the villa, and then returned to the gardens for an outside, symbolic blessing. This was followed by aperitifs under the trees, then a seated formal meal in the courtyard.

Hi Ben,

First of all we'd like to start by thanking you for organising such a wonderful event that far far exceeded our highest expectations. Everything was run meticulously and both ceremonies were performed beautifully, the food was delicious and very plentiful. The photographers were also a lot of fun and helped us enjoy the day even further. We really had the best day of our lives and want to thank you again from the bottom of our hearts. Your confidence on the day gave us the confidence to enjoy the day for what it was and not to have to worry about anything else.

Thanks again Ben for making the wedding day so perfect.

Kind Regards,
Nizar and Denise.

The couple chose the C photography package, here

Italyweddings brought in our top caterers for the event. More on catering and cakes here. The couple specifically requested these skewers with ravioli (filled with spinach and ricotta) with sun dried tomato and fresh basil.
