Kara and Kevin were married in the town hall of Siena; one of the most stunning locations in Italy for a civil wedding. The town hall - the Palazzo Pubblico - is the beautiful palace right on the shell shaped square, the Piazza del Campo, in the heart of the medieval town.

The civil wedding is held in a large ornate room. This is one of the large locations for a civil wedding, with seating for 50 and space for more, and makes an ideal setting for weddings for larger parties, especially for those returning to villas in the Chianti region.

Kara and Kevin held the reception at our Villa #4, about twenty minutes from Siena through the wine producing region of Tuscany. The buffet aperitif was held on the lawn of the villa, overlooking the villas own vineyards, the grapes of which produced the wines they drank through the event. The ornate formal facade of the villa served as a backdrop in the evening sunset for group photography, and relaxed conversation prior to the seated meal.

The Tuscan banquet was served in the internal courtyard. A mix of pink and white floral decorations, candle light as the sun set lower, live Rat Pack jazz, and the best of true Italian cuisine completed the event.
