"...We had such a great wedding in San Gimignano. Our friends fell in love with the place as we did the first time we saw it. They all want to come back with us next year for our first anniversary. You also had some fans amongst the female guests...............I think it must have been the italian translating that did it!

We watched the video that Bren took for us last night and laughed all the way through! It was a perfect day full of fun, friendship and love which is exactly what we wanted. The celebrant was great and even shed a tear on video! The photographer was superb and has the patience of a saint although I'm not sure if I thank him for making me climb up all those steep steps just to get the right shot!

The food and the service at the restaurant was fantastic although there was so much that we were all full before the main course. My particular favourite was the cake which I managed to squeeze in at the end (without letting the dress out)

Please thank your wife for the beautiful flowers and hairpiece which looked great. All of our friends carried their buttonholes home with them on the plane!

And finally.......

a big thankyou to you for everything you did to make our day so fab. We had such a great time and enjoyed every moment which was what we set out to do. We met lots of new friends and really felt part of the place. Italy will always have a special place in our hearts but San Gimignano now feels like our second home. Maybe one day it will be??
