This charming and intimate villa was built more than 300 years ago. The entire location was fully restructured in 1997, using hand-made, special materials, following the logic of bio-architecture.
The villa is in the middle of a 13 hectares ( 155467 square yards) private natural gardens, with olive trees, meadows and a forest of secular oaks

The whole villa accommodates a maximum of 14+2 people with private swimming pool (6 x 12 m), barbecue and outdoor dining area.

Ground Floor

Spacious living\dining room with SAT-TV-VCR, tape cd tuner, piano, telephone/ fax and large open fireplace.
2nd living area with TV-VCR and fireplace.
1 kitchen, fully equipped with fridge-freezer, large stove/oven and dishwasher, and wood fired-pizza oven
1 well furnished kitchen with dishwashing machine,
2 queen bedrooms, 1 with extra bed,
1 bathroom with tub,
1 bathroom with shower.
Separate laundry room with washing machine ( in the same building)

First floor:

Large living room with 3 arched windows oer looking the grounds.
5 large double-twin bedrooms :

2 doubles with en-suite bathrooms,
1 twin with en-suite bathroom,
1 double with extra bed and 1 twin which share bathroom
