Villa Perseo gives you a magical atmosphere for a relaxed, exclusive, daily rental, not far from Florence. Wonderful internal and external options available for all sorts of events and for good and less good weather conditions!

One of the best things: this villa has the necessary permits to celebrate a legally binding civil wedding on site.

Spaces

  • Main hall: covers a large area can accommodate up to 200 guests comfortably seated. The room is elegantly decorated, with plenty of natural light.

 

  • The Painting hall is a second large internal space with a classic decortive style. It accommodates up to 150 people comfortably seated. Surrounded by large windows and beautiful skylights.

 

  • The pool area located in the lower areas has a circular pool and great views, ideal for buffets, or the cake cutting. 

 

  • The main courtyard is a beautiful and charming old brick paved square, furnished with sofas and occasional, and wih  which offers a breathtaking view over the Tuscan hills. This area can be used both for the dance party, for outdoor ceremonies, or for a seated meal for up to  250 guests.

 

  • The Belvedere is a lovely separate terrace with a fantastic 360 degree view: vineyards and olive trees as far as you can see. Paved with antique terracotta and decorated with antique tables and chairs. The use of this space is totally up to the couples choices!
