The stunning Villa Mimosa is located on a hilltop, in the heart of Umbria, just a stone’s throw from the medieval town of Todi.The rural country estate has been transformed into a charming and hospitable country hotel, with an elegant yet informal atmosphere.
The main villa is home to 11 individually and tastefully decorated bedrooms (8 doubles and 3 Junior suites, for a capacity of 26 guests in the villa). The rooms afford breathtaking views over the Umbrian hills and valleys.
The Dependence, in the pool area, is home to a further two independent Garden Junior Suites each with a kitchenette, separate entrance and private portico.
The villa has it’s own restaurant – committed to using only the finest ingredients – locally produced, where possible – and specialized in a creative re-interpretation of Umbrian traditional recipes. Simplicity, quality and creativity are the base for this healthy Italian cuisine.
Room bookings include the buffet breakfast: cold cuts, fresh pastries and fresh-bread baked, homemade jams, seasonal fruits and a selection of the area’s excellent local cheeses.
For the wedding event, Villa Mimosa provides an ideal location for a relaxed, intimate and natural countryside wedding.
There is also the possibility of extra accommodation for further guests at walking distance, booked separately
