The Winery House is a unique apartment located in the centre of the estate. With a mix of Tuscan furnishings and modern design, it offers a cosy and refined space. Positioned between the picturesque Tramonto pool and the historic Villa Altaserra, this enchanting place welcomes nine guests in a homely atmosphere.

Once the home of the farming families who lovingly guarded the property, today it is the home of Tuscan tradition, skilfully restored to preserve intact the signs of the past. The four rooms, characterised by original materials such as wooden beams and terracotta floors, blend harmoniously into a cosy living room with an antique fireplace. The Colonica Oliveto is immersed in its own private garden of olive trees in which to relax and enjoy a slow pace of life.
