Overview
Borgo San Lucio is a historical residence immersed in the beauty of Tuscan landscape. It is a place of peaceful bliss located in a land rich in breathtaking hills and valleys.
The Borgo has been carefully transformed into a place of renowned hospitality, where warmth, and attentions for detail allow guests to enjoy the pleasant feeling of a home far away from home.
The Borgo houses and the separate Villa allow guests not only to relax, but to live for short while in the historical reality of the medieval Borgo.
Spaces at the Borgo
Apt. 1
Purely Tuscan in character, located above the lovely little square (piazzetta) in the borgo. Spacious house with two bedrooms, a large open-plan kitchen-living room with fireplace.
Apt. 2
A large apartment divided in two floors. In addition to a spacious kitchen with a large dining table and a fireplace, the house consists of a large living room and two bedrooms. The warmth of the colors and the spaces of the ground floor lounge area create a pleasant atmosphere to spend time in complete relaxation.
Apt. 3
Spacious apartment which can accommodate up to six people. Divided in two floors, it offers, two bedrooms with private bathrooms, and a sofa bed on the first floor.
Apt. 4
Includes a double bedroom, a bedroom with two twin beds, and two bathrooms. The living room overlooks a panoramic view of the hills, and has a large fireplace.
Apt. 5
Apartment with two bedrooms, suitable for a family of four. Its charm enriched by a lovely fireplace, or for the pleasure of time well spent even reading a book on the terrace, surrounded by the green and peaceful garden
Spaces at the Villa
A typical Tuscan stone villa, surrounded by green fields and large open spaces with views ovr the hills and fields. The venue offers complete privacy to its guests. The property is divided on two floors: the ground floor has a large living room connected to the two outdoor terraces. These are ideal spaces to compliment an outdoors wedding event. And the immense kitchen, complete with all appliances, is a place for Tuscan cooking, if you wish to arrange special meals and events on your own.
The spacious master bedroom is another historic part of the house, complete with period furniture. The first floor of the farmhouse has three other bedrooms
Outside the Villa, there are two large covered “loggia” patio areas, as well as wonderful garden areas, suitable for a wedding meal, dancing areas, and secluded areas for a blessing ceremony. Of course, there is also a private swimming pool.
